ICA Language Services has more than 30 years of foreign language training experience in more than 110 different languages and dialects. Teaching virtually all foreign languages, ICA specializes in one-on-one, personalized language training to government and private professionals. Our programs are design specifically for the student who will be receiving the training with a strong focus in accelerating an individual’s career through language development. ICA does not take a program off the shelf. Instead we assess the student's current capabilities, goals, and language learning style to develop a program that best suits his/her individual needs.
The length and schedule of classes are also determined by students’ needs and personal demands. ICA provides students with flexible hours and schedules to ensure they make the most out of their learning experience. Students contract for the number of hours they would like and then use them in a schedule that is most convenient for them.
ICA’s classrooms are outfitted with high-speed computers and internet access as well as access to our network of electronic resource materials including multi-level listening materials, periodicals and other multimedia learning tools.
ICA’s Rosslyn facility has two newly renovated student study lounges, a brand new full-service resource center, and a movie theatre with a 105-inch screen for students to enhance their studies with foreign language films and to continue their studies outside the classroom. In addition, students can make themselves at home in one of the three brand-new kitchen facilities before, during and after class. All of our student facilities have free, wireless access and provide a venue for language learning to continue in a more casual environment to supplement what is learned during class. |

Registration is the first step to setting up your course of study. Our rates are highly competitive within the Washington DC metro area and vary as to length of course, language, course goals as well as the cost of texts and other materials. Please call (703-527-8666, ext. 104) for a complete discussion of our rates. There is a minimum course commitment of twenty-five hours and each class meets for a minimum of two hours.

Payment or authorization for your course must be made at least five business days prior to the start of the class. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, cash or, if eligible, you may use our GSA schedule. Government credit cards are welcome.

If it becomes necessary to cancel a course up to one week (7 days) before the initial start date, a full refund will be made less the registration fee.
If the cancellation is requested during the week just prior to the initial start date, a full refund will be made less an early cancellation penalty of one week’s tuition plus registration fee.
Once your course begins, you may find that you are not able to continue because of personal or professional commitments. We are always happy to delay the course until a later date or put your course on hold. Unused hours may be retained for one calendar year after the purchase date. Tuition can also be transferred to another individual or to another language. Additional material fees may be necessary for transferred tuition. However, if it becomes necessary to withdraw after the course has started; a course cancellation fee will be assessed. The course cancellation fee will be one week’s tuition (based on your set schedule) or your remaining tuition, whichever is less. Unused material fees will be refunded 100%.

Once your class begins, should you need to cancel an individual session, you will need to provide us with notification 24 hours’ before the start of your class. Monday classes must be cancelled 72 hours in advance as cancellations for Mondays are not accepted on Saturday or Sunday Lessons cancelled fewer than 24 hours in advance are assessed the cancelled day's tuition. Lessons cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are not assessed any penalty. You may cancel lessons at any time and for any reason. You will receive more information about filing cancellations on your first day of class.
