ICA Language Services offers a full-service testing department to evaluate current or a prospective student’s language proficiency. Our testing format is a proficiency test that follows the standards established by the Foreign Service Institute www.state.gov/m/fsi/. Examinees are evaluated based on the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) www.govtilr.org skill level descriptions.

ICA provides tests for employees of numerous government agencies as well as private companies and individuals.
