History
Founded in 1986, ICA Language Services began as a small, specialized provider of foreign language instruction. From our headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, we have grown into a comprehensive language center with experience teaching over 120 languages. For nearly four decades, we have maintained a consistent record of excellence, adaptability, and client-focused service, enabling thousands of learners to meet mission-critical communication objectives in government, business, and global engagement. Today, ICA continues to evolve with the changing needs of our clients while upholding the same high standards and dedication that have defined us since our founding.

Our Facility
ICA’s Rosslyn facility provides an ideal environment for language learning and cultural immersion. The center features 60 classrooms and a fully equipped resource center with extensive print, video, and electronic materials, complemented by a theater that continuously screens films and television programs from around the world to support engaging, real-world learning experiences. Additional classrooms and spaces are available for conversation groups, listening exercises, and independent study.
